Please be assured that all our partner companies hold 'Independent' status - they have whole of market access and will hence be able to search a full cross section of lenders (from high street lenders to niche / specialist lenders) - and can offer advice and a recommendation (after assessing your needs) as to the most appropriate mortgage deal available to you.

The FSA (Financial Services Authority) is the Independent watchdog that regulates financial services. All our partner advice companies are registered with the FSA (either directly or as an appointed representative through a Principal firm). On receipt of your enquiry, your adviser will send you an Initial Disclosure Document (IDD), which will outline the key facts of the service that will be provided (relevant to your particular adviser / advice company). All recommendations will be provided to you in writing. All advice will be provided in plain English - please do not hesitate to ask any questions. Your adviser works for you and has your best interests at heart.

Our introducer panel has been carefully selected to ensure that you receive simple, fast and effective independent mortgage advice.

You will be notified which company has been allocated to deal with your enquiry including your advisers name and contact details, by e-mail, prior to an initial contact by your adviser. Please be sure to check your e-mail regularly.

Please note this is a 'selection' and your enquiry may allocate to a company that is not listed below. You will be sent an introductory e-mail on allocation of your enquiry, which will detail the adviser / company that has been assigned to help you with your mortgage enquiry. Park Row were acquired by Royal Liver Assurance in 2003 . Royal Liver are one of the UK 's oldest mutual life assurers. Independence is very important to the Park Row model. The volume of mortgage business transacted by Park Row means that they are often able to offer exclusive deals. They have a lot of pull with lenders and may sometimes be able to secure mortgages where others may have failed.

 2) The Best Advice Network (Best 4 Advice)

The name says it all! Based in Cardiff , with a satellite office in Bristol , Best 4 Advice offer remote / office based advice to customers across the whole of the UK . Advice is given using the following methods of communication - phone, e-mail and post. All quotations / Key Facts Illustrations are e-mailed to clients (where possible). This saves time - and time is often a crucial factor in the home buying process.

Quality of advice and quality of service are key to the Best 4 Advice offering. They have retained whole of market access, where other companies have become restricted with lender panels. They feel that it is important not to limit choice for their clients.

The use of the internet has revolutionised the mortgage advice industry. The directors of Best 4 Advice have been a major force in developing systems / processes specific to remote internet originated advice enquiries. People are increasingly using the internet as a first port of call when looking for a new mortgage or to change their existing mortgage. Modern lifestyles are fast moving - and many companies have been left behind due to reluctance to change the way mortgage advice is provided - and expected, by clients, to be provided.
