Our Unique Mortgage Advice Process.

Following the completion of our simple mortgage enquiry form, your enquiry will be electronically allocated to an independent mortgage adviser. It is important to us at MORTGAGES @that you are happy with the service offered to you, and we would hope that you will return to use our service and refer friends and family to our web sites in the future.

On allocation of your enquiry to your adviser, you will be sent an introductory e-mail, which will introduce your adviser, and provide you with their contact details. Your allocated adviser will work for you. Please do not hesitate to contact your adviser at any time!

It is important that you work with your adviser to ensure that he or she is aware of your needs and circumstances, and can find the most appropriate mortgage deal available to you on the UK market. You will be notified by e-mail of any additional information required, using an easy to complete mortgage questionnaire form. All information will be contained on a secure server, and will remain confidential between you and your adviser. Please check your e-mail regularly !

Clients have told us that they like to remain in control (and not feel pressured) and that their preferred methods of contact are both phone and e-mail . It may be possible to send an adviser out to see you in person at your request, but we find that most clients prefer to work remotely.

Once your adviser has obtained sufficient information about your needs and circumstances, they will be able to source the market for you, identify the most appropriate deal for you, and then e-mail a Key Facts Illustration to you. The key features of the selected mortgage product will be explained to you and any questions you may have will be answered in plain English.
